Account Manager

Dublin — Full time, long term contract

We’re looking for an account manager who will act as a trusted point of contact, advising our mid-market and enterprise customers and ultimately ensuring their successful use of the platform. You will take responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, helping them achieve value and ROI from their investment with Rebrandly. We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach to account management and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly retention and upsell goals by renewing existing accounts and expanding customer usage
  • Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership while proactively identifying opportunities to work more closely with the customer
  • Advocate for the benefits of link management across the company;
  • Identify risks to the customer achieving their business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan if needed
  • Monitor usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Third level qualification
  • Open and available to work alternative shifts to cover the US market
  • Proficient with common software tools like Hubspot CRM (Sales Enterprise), Trello, Slack, Intercom & G-Suite
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Effective at leading and facilitating meetings and workshops with senior managers and decision makers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • Ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain technical concepts
